Touchwood Exchange Policy – Incorrect Size Order

If you accidentally ordered the incorrect ring size, you may request an exchange by following the steps below:  

1.⁠ ⁠Submit Your Exchange Request 
   - Email exchanges@touchwood.biz with your order number and a clear photo of the ring in its original condition.  
   - Ensure the subject line includes "Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]"* for faster processing.  

2.⁠ ⁠Engraved & Personalized Orders
   - If your ring includes personalization (such as engraving), we regret that it cannot be exchanged. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.  

3.⁠ ⁠Exchange Processing Fee
   - Exchanges are processed at a flat fee of R395, which covers two-way shipping and handling.  
   - Once your request is approved, we will provide payment details and shipping instructions.  

4.⁠ ⁠Return & Dispatch 
   - After payment confirmation, you will receive shipping details for returning the ring.  
   - Upon receipt and verification of the ring, we will dispatch the correct size.
