1. USA number size (e.g. 8)
2. Diameter (e.g. 18.2mm)
3. SA letter size (e.g. P)

• If you already know your size, our sizes are universal.

Scope of our Warranty
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and applies exclusively to rings purchased from our store under normal wear and tear conditions. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Exclusions

• Promotional Items: Rings acquired as promotional or complimentary items are not covered under this warranty.
• Excessive Damage: Damage caused by impact, exposure to chemicals, or improper handling will not be covered.
• Loss or Theft: The warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.

Warranty Claims Procedure

1. Submit Your Claim
   To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us through our Live Chat or email our support team at burger@touchwood.biz Include the following details:

   • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
   • Photos of the ring clearly showing the issue.
   • A brief description of the problem.

2. Assessment of the Issue
   Once your claim is submitted, our team will assess whether the damage qualifies as normal wear and tear under our warranty terms.

   • If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the ring at no additional cost.
   • If the issue is not covered, we will provide a repair quote for your consideration.

3. Repair or Replacement

   • If repairable, the ring will be restored as close to its original condition as possible.
   • If replacement is necessary, a new ring of the same style will be provided. In cases where the style is discontinued, we will offer a comparable alternative.

4. Exclusions Confirmation
   If the ring was a promotional item, you will be notified that the warranty does not apply. However, repair options may still be available at your expense.

5. Shipping

   • For covered repairs/replacements, the customer will only be liable for shipping expenses.
   • For non-warranty repairs, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.

Additional Notes

• The lifetime warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
• The warranty does not cover resizing or custom modifications performed after purchase.
• Any unauthorised repairs void the warranty.

Please note, there is a standard two-way courier and restocking fee of R300 if you'd like to exchange your ring for a different size.
