Finding the right size is easier than you think! Just follow these simple steps:

• We offer 3 sizing options for easier measurement:

1. USA number size (e.g. 8)
2. Diameter (e.g. 18.2mm)
3. SA letter size (e.g. P)

• If you already know your size, our sizes are universal.
• If your size falls between two options, no worries! Use the Live Chat in the bottom left corner, and we’ll guide you to the perfect fit.

We stand by our high-quality wedding rings. If you need a different size or design, you may exchange your ring within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in unworn, pristine condition.

How to Request an Exchange

Submit Your Request

• Email exchanges@touchwood.biz with your order number and a clear photo of the ring in its original condition.
• Use the subject line: "Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]" and specify your new size for faster processing.

Personalised & Engraved Rings

• Custom or engraved rings cannot be exchanged. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Exchange Fee

• A R395 processing fee covers two-way shipping. Payment details and shipping instructions will be provided upon approval.
• Custom ring exchanges are at our discretion, based on availability.

Return & Dispatch

• After payment, we’ll send return shipping details.
• Once we receive and verify your ring, we’ll dispatch the replacement.

Your ring includes a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

• Free replacement within 3 months for defects (proof of purchase and clear photos required).
• If the same design is unavailable, we’ll offer a similar ring of equal value.
• Lifetime warranty upgrade available for extended coverage.

What’s Covered?

• Free replacement within 1 year for manufacturing defects.
• After 1 year, replacements are possible under policy guidelines (courier costs apply).
• Personalised rings: The ring is covered, but engraving or customisation costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty Exceptions

The warranty does not cover:

• Size changes due to weight fluctuation.
• Scratches, normal wear and tear, or breakage from improper use (e.g., exposure to chemicals, dropping on hard surfaces).
• Plating wear on gold, black, or coloured rings (tungsten’s natural colour is silver—plating will fade over time).
• Sale items purchased at 50% off or more unless a Lifetime Warranty was added.

We strive for the best customer experience but reserve the right to void warranties in cases of misuse.
