Your ring includes a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

• Free replacement within 3 months for defects (proof of purchase and clear photos required).
• If the same design is unavailable, we’ll offer a similar ring of equal value.
• Lifetime warranty upgrade available for extended coverage.

What’s Covered?

• Free replacement within 1 year for manufacturing defects.
• After 1 year, replacements are possible under policy guidelines (courier costs apply).
• Personalised rings: The ring is covered, but engraving or customisation costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty Exceptions

The warranty does not cover:

• Size changes due to weight fluctuation.
• Scratches, normal wear and tear, or breakage from improper use (e.g., exposure to chemicals, dropping on hard surfaces).
• Plating wear on gold, black, or coloured rings (tungsten’s natural colour is silver—plating will fade over time).
• Sale items purchased at 50% off or more unless a Lifetime Warranty was added.
