Your ring includes a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Free replacement within 3 months for defects (proof of purchase and clear photos required).
- If the same design is unavailable, we’ll offer a similar ring of equal value.
- Lifetime warranty upgrade available for extended coverage.
What’s Covered?
- Free replacement within 1 year for manufacturing defects.
- After 1 year, replacements are possible under policy guidelines (courier costs apply).
- Personalised rings: The ring is covered, but engraving or customisation costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Warranty Exceptions
The warranty does not cover:
- Size changes due to weight fluctuation.
- Scratches, normal wear and tear, or breakage from improper use (e.g., exposure to chemicals, dropping on hard surfaces).
- Plating wear on gold, black, or coloured rings (tungsten’s natural colour is silver—plating will fade over time).
- Sale items purchased at 50% off or more unless a Lifetime Warranty was added.

Crazy cool Watch!!
In my photo the watch still has its face sticker on (it’s a gift) and it’s actually much more beautiful than the photograph, which is a screenshot from a video. I love the moving parts that you can see through the watch face. It also comes with a handy little tool that you can use to add or remove links from the strap. The service was fantastic and delivery was supersonic. Five stars.
