Lifetime Warranty
Lifetime Warranty
Your ring includes a free 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If a defect is noticed upon within 3 months of purchase, we’ll replace the ring at no cost, provided you email proof of purchase and a clear photo of the defect. If the same design is unavailable, we’ll offer a similar ring of equal value.
We also offer a lifetime warranty upgrade at a one-time charge, ensuring piece of mind for an extended period of time. look our rings are made to last a lifetime but under reasonable circumstances. Unfortunately, over the years we have had our lenient policies misused and abused so to avoid that, we reserve the right to void the warranty in cases of misuse (see exceptions below).
What’s Covered?
- Free replacement within 1 year for manufacturing defects.
- After 1 year, we’ll still replace the ring if the issue is natural and within policy guidelines. The customer covers courier costs.
- Personalised products: The ring is covered, but any engraving or personalisation costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Warranty Exceptions
The warranty does not cover:
- Size changes due to weight fluctuation.
- Scratches on resin, normal wear and tear damage, or breakage due to improper use, constant exposure to harsh chemicals (e.g., bleach, hand sanitiser), or dropping of the rings on tiles, granite, glass etc.
- Plating wear on gold, black, or coloured rings (accelerated by exposure to chemicals). The natural colour of tungsten is silver so note that any plated colour will fade with time and is normal wear & tear.
- Sale Items: Any products bought for under 50% of its original value will not carry our standard warranty policies unless the Lifetime warranty was added to their purchase.
We aim to provide the best customer experience and will assist within reasonable limits. However, if a warranty claim is suspected to be fraudulent or abusive, we reserve the right to void the warranty.

We craft high-quality, stylish wedding rings at accessible prices, and we stand behind every purchase. If you need a different size or design, you may exchange your ring within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in unworn, pristine condition.
How to Request an Exchange

Submit Your Request
- Email exchanges@touchwood.biz with your order number and a clear photo of the ring in its original condition.
- Use the subject line: "Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]" together with what size you need for faster processing.

Personalised & Engraved Orders
- Personalised & Custom rings (e.g., engraved) cannot be exchanged, so please review your order carefully before request for exchange.

Exchange Fee
- A R395 processing fee covers two-way shipping and handling.
- Payment details and shipping instructions will be provided once your request is approved. In the event that you have ordered a custom ring it will be at our discretion what we can offer as an alternative should you have ordered the incorrect size.

- After payment confirmation, we’ll send return shipping details and pickup.
- Once we receive and verify the ring, we’ll dispatch the alternative size.
