Exchanges
We stand by our high-quality wedding rings. If you need a different size or design, you may exchange your ring within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in unworn, pristine condition.

Email exchanges@touchwood.biz with your order number and a clear photo of the ring in its original condition.
Use the subject line: "Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]" and specify your new size for faster processing.

Custom or engraved rings cannot be exchanged. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Exchange Fee
A R395 processing fee covers two-way shipping. Payment details and shipping instructions will be provided upon approval.
Custom ring exchanges are at our discretion, based on availability.
Return & Dispatch
After payment, we’ll send return shipping details.
Once we receive and verify your ring, we’ll dispatch the replacement.

In my photo the watch still has its face sticker on (it’s a gift) and it’s actually much more beautiful than the photograph, which is a screenshot from a video. I love the moving parts that you can see through the watch face. It also comes with a handy little tool that you can use to add or remove links from the strap.
